I’m holding a free event where officers will determine if a license plate is unreadable, and my staff will help drivers apply for a FREE replacement plate through PennDOT.
NOTE – NEW PLATES ARE NOT ISSUED AT THIS EVENT. ONCE YOUR PAPERWORK IS PROCESSED, REP. FRANKEL’S OFFICE WILL CALL YOU TO PICK UP YOUR NEW PLATE AT HIS DISTRICT OFFICE.

Bring your unexpired Pennsylvania driver’s license and current vehicle registration card.
While pre-registration is not required it is highly encouraged. There will be a separate line at the event for pre-registered vehicles.
Once you complete the registration form, you will receive a link to complete the replacement application through PennDOT. Please complete section A on the application and email it to us at RepFrankel@PAHouse.net by August 26, 2023. You can contact my office (412) 422-1774 for more information.
