April 25, 2017, Rep. Matzie addresses the committee before a committee vote on his bill which would clear a legal path to allow sports betting in all of Pennsylvania's licensed casinos as soon as it is permitted under federal law. H.B. 519 was voted out of the committee unanimously and now awaits further consideration from the full House.
