HARRISBURG, Oct. 27 – State Rep. Stephen Kinsey, D-Phila., has announced that $3.75 million in state funding for multiple projects is coming to the 201st Legislative District in northwest Philadelphia.
“Each of these projects will provide something of value to our community,” Kinsey said. “I am glad to see these funds coming to the northwest, and I believe the most will be made out of them.”

The funds are from the state’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, administered by the Office of the Budget for the acquisition and construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational and historical improvement projects.
RACP projects are authorized in the Redevelopment Assistance section of a Capital Budget Itemization Act, have a regional or multi-jurisdictional impact, and generate substantial increases or maintain current levels of employment, tax revenue or other measures of economic activity.
